Bulk Deliveries UK

Bulk deliveries of five items or more are sent out by courier at 3 pm. We use Skynet as our international shipping agents alongside DPD for European deliveries and bulk domestic deliveries within the UK.

Domestic deliveries by courier are received next day and frequently you will be sent a text message stating time of delivery on the morning of the day that goods are due to be delivered.

Order Up Until 7.00 pm For Express Delivery

We are proud to be the only UK supplier to offer next day urgent shipments until 7 pm. Any goods ordered by 7 pm selecting express delivery will be sent out the same day. While there is no guarantee that these goods will arrive with you the following day and you should allow one full working day from date of order to expect your goods; our independent auditors have noted that 97% of all next-day delivery items are delivered on time.

Europe

For European customers ordering goods over 2 kg, the parcels are shipped as road freight with a delivery time of 5 to 7 days. We can provide DHL worldwide express (two working days) at extra charge.

International

International customers’ goods will be sent using the cheapest shipping options available through our shipping agents. As they contain textiles, the parcels are classed as export non-documents and delivery ranges between 5 to 10 days depending on your location.

We also offer DHL shipping to our international clients. This generally costs 50 GBP (70 USD) for a consignment weighing 2 kg. This figure is higher to countries where there is less infrastructure and would need to be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
